HEMOWELD-MC is intended for quick preparation of up to four segments of PVC pipes. Each segment has a standard length of 75 mm, which is sufficient to include any printed code and to have sufficient volume to perform any examination. The tube is loaded inside the rotary loading device, and as soon as it acquires the correct position, the sealing process is automatically started. A complete cycle, including all four sealing heads, takes about 7 seconds. The operator can select all four sealing heads or just some of his choice using the programming key. The protective cover is easily removed.
HEMOWELD-MC is designed to seal most standard tubing used in the Blood Service. It is easy to use and clean, and has high performance. Each seam has a central line to facilitate the separation of the two parts of the tube with a light touch: the internal blood components remain sterile.

Hemoweld-MS is equipped with a system of protection against sparks and overheating to avoid damage to both the device itself and the tubes being welded. An audible signal and LED signals indicate the presence of sparks during soldering, overheating or contamination of the electrodes.

It is possible to order a pen for sealing separately to increase the flexibility of work
