HEMOTEK 2 is equipped with a linear mixing system that always ensures excellent mixing of blood with anticoagulant in all types of blood containers.
The alarm signal parameters for low and high flow are adjustable by the operator along with the maximum donation time of up to 20 minutes. Additionally, a default value (routine value) in ml can be set, which the device will suggest to you each time you turn it on.
At the end of the donation, HEMOTEK 2 automatically clamps the tube, activating optical and visual alarms. At this stage, the final volume and donation time in minutes and seconds will be displayed alternately on the screen. This device is very easy to calibrate using a calibration weight.
It is also possible to change the desired volume for collection at any time, even during the donation.
With an additional battery, HEMOTEK 2 can operate without power for up to 80 donations, with the battery charge level displayed on the screen. The battery is recharged by turning on HEMOTEK 2 or using an additional charger.
