Detailed Product Description

TSCD Plates

The packaging contains two cartridges, each containing 70 disposable plates. Cross-contact or contamination of the main lines during welding is eliminated as the plates are removed after single use.

Automatic Plate Feed

After a single use, the plate is automatically removed and replaced with a new one. Once the cartridge with plates is emptied or the container for used plates is filled, a warning is displayed on the device's screen.

Clamps

The clamp system is designed to work with main lines containing liquid. Due to the strength and reliability of the clamp mechanisms, the TSCD II device is best suited for intensive use. The interlinked mechanisms of the two clamps facilitate the creation of a connection, making the TSCD II unmatched in efficiency and ease of use.

Container for Used Plates

For safety and convenience, used plates are removed into a built-in container. The container can hold up to 300 used plates. A built-in sensor continuously monitors the fill level of the container. This feature prevents the container from overflowing.

Transportation

The TSCD II device is designed for mobile use. It is lightweight and compact, and the foldable handle provides convenience for carrying.
