The washing and disinfection machine is designed for cleaning and disinfecting medical instruments used in hospitals, laboratories, and similar healthcare facilities. Maximum cleaning and disinfection are achieved through the use of high temperatures, disinfectants, and mechanical washing.
Operating Principle
- Pre-washing: Instruments are cleaned of dirt and organic residues in cold water.
- Main washing: Dirt and organic substances are removed using water with detergent at temperatures of 60-90°C.
- Rinsing: Several rinses are performed to remove detergent residues.
- Disinfection: High temperature (90-95°C) and disinfectants destroy microorganisms.
- Drying: Instruments are dried with hot air, preventing rust and preparing them for reuse.

- The body and all its parts are made of stainless steel AISI 304
- The chamber of the washing and disinfection machine is made of stainless steel AISI 304 L/Ti with a thickness of 3 mm
- The chamber doors are made of tempered glass with a thickness of 20 mm in an aluminum frame
- Door opening is automatic, vertical (downwards) using a pneumatic drive
- Doors are automatically locked during the washing/disinfection cycle
- Obstacle detection sensor prevents door closure
- Thermal printer for printing reports displaying all parameters of the washing/disinfection cycle
- Control via touch buttons on a 7-inch color LCD screen
- The system provides warning sounds for staff and displays them on the screen
- Automatic programs are set for various washing and disinfection cycles
- Memory for storing sterilization reports for up to 1000 cycles
- USB port for data transfer to other storage media, as well as software updates
- HTTP internet port for connection via remote access network
- Software for remote monitoring of sterilization processes
