iScope Fluorescence research-class microscopes are specifically designed for the application of fluorescence methods in laboratory, scientific, and biotechnological activities.
In biology and medicine, fluorescent microscopes allow the observation of individual structures of living cells and tissues using fluorophores. The fluorescence microscopy method helps distinguish tumor cells from healthy ones, track biological processes, or determine the presence or absence of specific antibodies.
The iScope fluorescent microscopy can be equipped with:
✔ 6-position rotating slider with a 100 W mercury lamp;
✔ 3-position slider with a 100 W mercury lamp;
✔ 1-position slider with a 3 W NeoLED blue light source (465–475 nm);
✔ 1-position slider with a 3 W NeoLED green light source (520–530 nm).
Particular attention is paid to the quality of optics and the wide possibilities for upgrading the device. The ergonomic design, sturdy metal housing, and reliable mechanical components ensure comfort and convenience during operation.
The microscope revolver is designed for 5 objectives with anti-reflective and anti-fungal lens coatings, enhancing brightness and clarity of the image. The magnification range is 40×–1000× with the possibility of extending to 2000×.
The microscope body is made of aluminum, making the device lightweight and easy to transport.
