OXION INVERSO TRINOCULAR

Inverted biological microscopes Oxion Inverso Euromex are designed for use in bright field, phase contrast, and fluorescence conditions.

They are ideal for observing microorganisms in Petri dishes or culture vessels with a thickness of up to 1.2 mm.

The ergonomic design, sturdy metal body, and reliable mechanical components provide convenience and comfort during use. The revolving nosepiece supports up to 5 objectives with anti-reflective and anti-fungal coatings, enhancing brightness and clarity of the image. The lightweight aluminum body allows for easy movement of the instrument within the laboratory.

The series models are equipped with 3 W LED illumination, and a 100 W mercury lamp is available for fluorescent observations.

The inverted microscopes Oxion Inverso are particularly convenient for working with live cultures and tissues in dishes and flasks, and are also well-suited for manipulations in ISCI systems.

Features and specifications of the microscope for working with tissue cultures and live cells:

✔ Trinocular head with a 45° incline and adjustable positions for eyepieces.
✔ Eyepieces: DIN HWF Plan 10×/22 mm with diopter adjustment on the left eyepiece.
✔ Objectives: Plan with infinity correction — 10×/0.25, 20×/0.40, 40×/0.60 IOS.
✔ Observation methods: bright field, phase contrast, fluorescence.
✔ Condenser: N.A. 0.30 with iris diaphragm, working distance 72 mm.
✔ Revolving nosepiece: for 5 objectives.
✔ Stage: 250 × 230 mm, with a metal insert for cell culture dishes with a diameter of 35 mm and a slide holder 76 × 26 mm.
✔ Focusing: coaxial coarse and fine adjustment 25 mm, accuracy 2 μm.
✔ Illumination: 5 W LED for bright field, 100 W mercury lamp for fluorescence.
✔ Temperature control: 2-channel regulator up to 60 °C ±0.3 °C with a touch screen.
✔ Pneumatic air injector for ICSI and HOLDING.

ICSI kit includes:

2 hydraulic 3D joysticks,
2 pipette adjustment mechanisms,
1 connecting bar with a movable handle,
2 air injectors with tube and pen type micromanipulation,
Pipette holder,
2 metal plates for injectors,
1 set of wrenches,
1 ruler for adjusting the starting position.
